The reasons you will want to choose the Country Club of Terre Haute as the venue for your very special occasion are many. Not only is the style and grace of the clubhouse a true "one-of-a-kind" in the Wabash Valley, but the various amenities offered, in addition to our reception facility, will indeed make your guests appreciate your search for the perfect location to host your wedding reception.

The Country Club of Terre Haute recognizes that every event is special in its own way. We provide an experienced staff to assist you in planning and executing a highly memorable event. We are happy to assist you in designing an event from our planner or customizing a menu and ambiance especially suited to your taste.

Non-members wishing to host a wedding at the club are required to obtain sponsorship from a current club member or apply for a wedding reception membership (see below) and are responsible for the applicable room rental fees outlined in our event planner.

  • A banquet planner with menu options from simple to ultra-elegant
  • Complete food and bar service
  • Dance floor and sound system
  • Options for plated, banquet style service, or food stations
  • Linen rental, skirting, china, glassware, and silverware
  • Access to audio/visual equipment at no further charge
  • Unlimited time restrictions on day of event
  • Access to a preferred vendors list
  • Picturesque outdoor setting to capture that perfect moment
     

Wedding Reception Membership

For non-members interested in hosting a wedding reception at the Country Club of Terre Haute, as an alternative to obtaining a member sponsor, a temporary membership is offered which includes full access to our private clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and golf course for a period of two months.

Features Include:

  • Two months as a member of our club
  • Unlimited use of the pool, tennis, and dining facilities
  • Golf privileges equal to four times
  • Access to the entire upper floor of the clubhouse for your reception 
  • Usage of the facility for your rehearsal dinner and bridal shower
  • Services of one the of area’s most talented chefs, Shelby Shober
